On Friday ,August 31, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation re-posted a story about using AI to mimic Shakespeare’s writing style.
Apparently, in 2015, a computer scientist named Andrej Karpathy designed an AI system to do so with a very specific goal in mind. Overall, Karpathy was working towards being able to show his results to average people in order to see if they could tell the difference between Shakespeare’s real texts and the AI’s versions.
