Udacity: From beginning as simply a competitor to Coursera in the MOOC space, Udacity has swiftly become the go-to online learning site for technologically related subjects, including Machine Learning and other branches of AI. Nick Bostrom: The man, the myth, the legend, some consider Nick Bostrom to be the de-facto leader of the entire AI movement at this point, due to his seminal work called Superintelligence. Whatever the case is about his status as a leader, it is clear that Superintelligence serves as a sort of philosophical guide to the many parts of the AI industry, including the most likely paths that its future will take.
